It ensures that food or other agricultural product has been produced through approved methods that promote ecological balance and conserve biodiversity. The earthy, nutty flavour of Sesame Oil makes it perfect for sautéing meats and vegetables. It has a high smoke point, helping it withstand high temperatures for deep frying.

The oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids (82%), thus promoting cardiovascular health. In particular, the omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids are a crucial part of a balanced diet.
