This Organic certified ghee ensures it is processed from milk that is milked from cows fed on organic crops. Organically cultivated crops eliminate or substantially reduce the use of chemically mass produced fertilizers, pesticides and insecticides.
Following an organic way of cultivating crops eliminates soil and water contamination and follows an environmentally and socially responsible approach. As synthetic chemicals or pesticides are not used, it does not pose any risk of soil and underground water contamination.
These Organic certified ghee and dairy products ensure that the milk is obtained from cows which are responsibly fed with healthy and organic crops which are in turn cultivated following approved methods that promote ecological balance, improve soil biology and conserve biodiversity. As such the produce has a low carbon footprint and is health friendly.

Pure A2 Cow Ghee: Original: cow ghee is rich in variety of minerals calcium vitamins and protein. We make our ghee using the age-old process of Bilona Padati. The premium A2 milk from the cows is first turned into curd. Once the curd is churned in the bilona, our artisans slowly heat the curd to evaporate the remaining water and keep the fat. The fat undergoes another round of straining to ensure all milk solids are removed and only ghee (clarified butter) remains. This ensures that our ghee is all-natural and nutritious.
