This product is handmade and organically produced.
All ingredients are sourced from farms within India, 95% of which are organically certified. Cacao used in this product is procured from estate of Varanashi Farms in Dakshina Kannada district of Karnataka. First organically certified farm in India, which supports farmers with organic methods and certifications. All chocolates are hand-screened, hand-tempered, hand-filled, truffles are hand-rolled and all products are hand wrapped with care.
Organic practices eliminate or substantially reduce the use of chemically mass produced fertilizers, pesticides and insecticides. Production of these is carbon intensive and buying organic chocolates can reduce your food related carbon footprint.
Organic production eliminates soil and water contamination. As synthetic chemicals are not used, it does not pose any risk of soil and underground water contamination. Improved soil biology also helps in increasing biodiversity.
This product has been produced through approved methods that promote ecological balance, and conserve biodiversity.

Our chocolate has been hand-crafted at low temperatures to preserve all the nutritional wealth naturally found in cacao i.e. Iron, Magnesium, Anti-Oxidants, the bliss Chemical Anandamide and promotes Serotonin production in the body, all of which is usually damaged during roasting in traditional chocolate.
All our chocolate is crafted in small batches in Mysore, a city that’s won our hearts with its old world charm and majesty.
