What is FSSC 22000: FSSC 22000 is an international standard developed for the certification of Food Safety Management Systems for food manufacturers. Developed by Foundation for Food Safety in in coordination with Confederation of Food & Drink Industries of European Union. This product is made in FSSC 22000 Certified unit.
The manufacturers produce and sell pure honey directly from their own operation. Establish and maintain the standards for certification.Other honey is found to contain added syrups or sweetener extenders that are not made by bees in the hive. As with any food, when you are not sure of the origin, you can't be sure of the quality. This product ensures that honey is truthfully labeled as to its origin, that there is a transparent record of the honey's sources, back to the hive. Organic Honey : Our honey is collected directly from the beehives, coded and transferred to the processing unit. At the processing unit undergo a natural process like settling, double boiling, cooling, straining and packaging. No chemicals or preservatives added during the processing. All utensils used are food-grade steel and glass bottle. Unit follows all the standards prescribed by the Food Safety System certification 22000.

Collection of Raw Honey
- Bee Hive rearing
- Collecting Raw honey in a steel container.
- Transporting the collected honey to the purifying & packaging unit.
Processing
- Weigh the honey
- Transfer it to holding tank- retention for 15 days for purifying
- Clarified honey will be filtred.
- After filtration undergo heat treatment -double boiling water @60 degree Celsius
- Transfer to colling tank for 1 day
- After cooling again filter

- The product comes packed in a cloth bag which has also been made by the beneficiaries of the CSR programme of the Foundation.
