Organic practices eliminate or substantially reduce the use of chemically mass-produced fertilizers, pesticides, and insecticides. Production of these is carbon-intensive and buying organic food can reduce your food-related carbon footprint significantly.
Organic food production eliminates soil and water contamination. As synthetic chemicals are not used, it does not pose any risk of soil and underground water contamination. Improved soil biology also helps in increasing biodiversity.

Organic Jaggery Powder-500 gm : Desi Gur Shakkar certified organic, non-crystalline concentrated sugarcane juice with natural brown color and a rich licorice-like flavor. Dhampur Green has a complete farm to fork traceability. Jaggery Powder, certified organic, is processed with at most care without any chemicals/ fertilizers/ clarificants or pesticides. Brown color and soft texture are derived from evaporation of sugarcane juice resulting in yellow to dark brown shaker. Because of simple processing jaggery powder retains minerals, Micronutrients, and vitamins so recommended for centuries as a sweetener for healthy living. Jaggery is a quintessential ingredient for making most of the Indian festive sweets. But since jaggery (gur) was available only in wintertime, but the demand was year-round, we had to find a way to keep our customers happy! Hence, we came up with a solution for all our patrons- in the form of Jaggery Powder. Jaggery Powder is available year-round, is easy to handle, mess-free, and finds an easy way to slip into all traditional recipes!
