Organic Brown Sugar - 1kg - It has a distinctive brown color due to the presence of molasses, it is natural brown sugar which is produced by adding molasses to white sugar in a controlled ratio to give it best taste and color which further imparts the same taste to your dishes! Because of its molasses content, brown sugar does contain certain minerals, most notably calcium, potassium, iron and magnesium (white sugar contains none of these). Molasses is a byproduct of making white sugar and contains protein, minerals, and vitamins. For example, molasses is high in manganese, potassium, vitamin B6, and more.
