Organic practices eliminate or substantially reduce the use of chemically mass produced fertilizers, pesticides and insecticides. Production of these is carbon intensive and buying organic food can reduce your food related carbon footprint significantly.
Organic food production eliminates soil and water contamination. As synthetic chemicals are not used, it does not pose any risk of soil and underground water contamination. Improved soil biology also helps in increasing biodiversity.

Organic Clove (Loung) is known to have antioxidant, antiseptic, local anesthetic, anti-inflammatory, rubefacient (warming and soothing), carminative and anti-flatulent properties and are commonly used as a spice. Clove is a culinary herb cum condiment, which is bitingly pungent, sweet in a way but full of fragrance. This is an important component of Indian garam masala. Cloves are used in a lot of Asian cuisine lending flavor to meats, curries, and marinades, Cloves may be used to give aromatic and flavor qualities to hot beverages, often combined with other ingredients such as lemon and sugar.
Cloves are used in Indian Ayurvedic medicine where the essential oil is used as an anodyne (painkiller) for dental emergencies.These Clove buds are handpicked and free from living insects, mites and moulds and are free from any dead insects, fragments, chemicals, pesticides and toxins. Before packing it is cleaned and handpicked to ensure its purity and hygiene.
