Sleep expert pillows : These pillows are made ethically from recycled materials. They are better off then the conventional product.
Manufacturing of this product does not impact the environment:
1) Utilization of plastic waste in the filling of the pillow : Recycled Polyester Staple Fiber is used as a raw material which is manufactured from used plastic flakes of waste PET bottles.
2) The polyester used is recycled.
3) After compilation of the product life, components may be recycled or are bio-degradable: Plastic used for packaging the pillows is made of above 50 microns and can be recycled . The same is printed on the packaging. The recycled fiber used in filling of pillows can be treated and recycled again.
4) The manufacturing process is a mix of both: Handmade and Machine made (i) Handmade : Fabric Cutting and Stitching (ii) Machine made : Fiber opening, filling and Packaging.
