- Khadi is handmade and is one of the most sustainable and eco-friendly fabrics. Production does not make use any electricity. It is the only textile activity that does not utilize fossil fuels in its production.
- This product is bio-degradable, which means even after its useful life, it does not pollute the surrounding environment and degrades back into the soil after being disposed of.
Production of one metre of khadi fabric consumes three litres of water whereas conventional textile on an average requires55 litres of water
