What does Ecohoy mean?
Ecohoy is derived from two words Eco and Hoy. Hoy in English is used to attract someone’s attention (Recall the Pirates’ “Ahoy!”) and in Spanish it means “Today”. Our name summarizes our intent and philosophy – We strive to divert people’s attention to the environment and aim to catalyze change, not tomorrow but today and beginning now, all this in a Fun Way!

What do we do?
We are driven by our “mission” of enabling individuals, communities and businesses to help create a positive impact on the environment by catalysing them to adopt to new processes, technology and products. We work towards bringing together eco-aligned artisans, vendors, manufacturers and services to the forefront thereby assisting in reducing respective carbon footprints.
One of the biggest challenges faced today are global warming and climate change. We believe that as citizens of this planet, we have a duty and a role to play to protect the planet. Keeping in mind that we all strive to improve our lifestyles, Ecohoy endeavours to provide lifestyle solutions without being harsh on our precious planet.
As a first launching step, we introduce to you ecohoy.com. The objective of this platform is to provide you sustainable and eco-friendly solutions to your day to day needs and thereby reducing your carbon footprint. Full disclosure of the environmental impact of products and associated certifications have been represented along with product listings. Customers are able to take an informed decision as compared to other conventional products and services.
From chemical free toys, to eco-fashion, to brilliantly designed cookware and services like Grow Your Own Tree (GYOT)!! We have a wide range of products and services – where you will see a culmination of our “Values”, our “Mission” and a strong and rapidly growing infrastructure of strong domestic and international collaborations and partners and added customised solutions.

Our Leadership Team
We have a strong Management team with rich set of experience in leadership roles across industries and more importantly the dedication and passion for solving problems related to the environment in a sustainable, impactful, and enriching manner.
Aayush is the founding member and CEO of Ecohoy. Aayush, prior to embarking on this journey of sustainable change, held leadership positions from a very young age in the companies he worked for.
Having worked in multicultural environments and due to the fact that he was schooled in Japan; he is always in the hunt to adopt best practices and creating offerings with International Standards.
In his free time he likes to take part in outdoor activities and enjoys reading.
Anil is a first generation entrepreneur with an experience of more than 30 years under his belt. He is a founding member and prior to Ecohoy his efforts have gone into establishing a global garments company incorporating traditional craft techniques with modern and contemporary designs.
Since his study days at Indian Institute of Management (IIM) – A, Anil has believed in giving back and contributing meaningfully to the society. He is actively involved in providing opportunities to benefit local artisans.
He believes in living a healthy lifestyle and in his free time is found experimenting with new fitness regimes.
Sudhir is an Industry veteran to whom leadership comes naturally; he has an Industry experience of more than 25 years. He is currently in the senior management of a leading business group in Mumbai.
He is our mentor when it comes to customer engagement, stakeholder marketing and channel management. Sudhir does not only believe in sustaining the environment and reversing climate change but believes the same needs to be integrated in our day to day life.
In his free time, which is rare, he likes travelling with his family.
Bivudh is our Strategic, Financial and Operational mentor; bringing to the table, a rich and diverse experience across financial services and consulting industries.
He is extremely passionate about building a sustainable eco system. Having been involved in various sustainable projects during his education at Indian Institute of Management (IIM) and National Institute of Technology (NIT), he truly understands and appreciates the impact of leading such change in everyday life.
His hobbies encompass doing more and more work!
